No Refunds or Exchanges

Due to the nature of perfume and fragrance products, we do not accept refunds or exchanges once the product has been opened or used. This policy is strictly followed for hygiene and safety reasons.

 

Exceptions (Damaged or Incorrect Products)

We only accept refunds or exchanges in the following cases:

  • The product arrives damaged or broken

  • You receive the wrong product

  • The product has a manufacturing defect

Conditions for Approval

To be eligible for a refund or exchange:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • Clear photos or videos must be provided showing the issue

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund accordingly.

Non‑Eligible Cases

Refunds or exchanges will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind

  • Personal scent preference

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Products damaged after delivery
